Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for the efficient operation of our office. The role involves assisting managers and employees with various administrative tasks ensuring smooth communication and organization within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to managers and employees.
- Handle office tasks such as filing data entry and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation and records.
- Respond to emails phone calls and other correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate and support office activities and operations.
- Manage supplies inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Prepare reports presentations and other necessary documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
