Job Description
Senior Oracle Cloud CX Functional Consultant
Fulltime
Remote
- Oracle CX Cloud functional consultant will provide
subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire
cloud application implementation & support lifecycle - Manage Field Service module
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud CX functionality
- Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle CX Cloud projects
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle CX Cloud Fusion and build extensions for them
- Document all the business processes in each module
- Advise client on options risks and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure Oracle CX Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups
- Create business requirement documents for reports interfaces data conversions and application extensions for Oracle CX Cloud application
- Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle CX Cloud projects
- Present new features as part of Quarterly Update process
- Support clients with the preparation and execution of test scripts
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for CRM applications
- Oracle Cloud CX experience Service Cloud modules
- Handson experience with Oracle CX Cloud configuration
- Experience in at least three or more Oracle CX Cloud Implementation & Support projects
- Prior experience leading ERP implementations/support
- Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview Fit/Gap Analysis Configuration Testing Production Support
- Oracle Cloud CX Implementation Certification Preferred
