Job Title Sr. Manager (Admissions & Outreach)

Job Responsibilities
* Spearhead Admissions Process:
Provide strategic direction and manage the endtoend admissions
process of BSM
Formulate admissions policies procedures and systems to enable a
streamlined process with quantifiable enrollment goals
Design procedures and requirements for review and submission of
application documents
Supervise and oversee the admissions committee to provide direction
and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain admissions guidelines by ensuring compliance with the latest
AICTE guidelines and suggest amendments to keep up with more
significant trends in the higher education landscape
Collate admission statistics about the student database and resolve
student conflict regarding policies and procedures
Team Management:
Responsible for supervising the admissions team to enable working
towards enrolment goals without backlogs and inefficiencies in the
admissions process
Partnerships and Collaboration:
Maintain correspondence with different School departments School
leadership external and internal consultants and other relevant
stakeholders to assist in promoting the BSMs value proposition and
developing strategic plans for attracting highly qualified students
Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to
organise promotional materials and activities such as brochures
webinars and campus tours
Collaborate with the Dean Registrar and Finance department to assist
with enrollment and financial issues
Student Outreach and Orientation:
Strategic planning and implementation of admissions outreach in line
with the larger goals of the School
Supervise activities such as onsite admission days campus tours for
prospective students school visits public outreach events and
information sessions
Ensure participation in outreach events such as college fairs campus
events etc. and interact with prospective students
Design and spearhead an engaging welcoming and informative new
student orientation program to create a sense of community and
belonging
Finance and Budgeting:
Ensure expenditures on admissions & outreach activities are in budget
and in line with forecasted expenditures
Preferred Qualifications &
Experience
Masters with 68 years of experience from a recognised Institute or
University
Candidates with MBA from toptier institutions will be preferred
Passion for building worldclass institutions of higher education
Deep understanding of the management admissions landscape
Experience in managing and leading teams
Existing relationships in the higher education space and with
education counsellors
Keen interest in technology social media marketing
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills
