Job Description
Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and highend manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Job Description:
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Manage machinery deployment ensuring efficient use to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Lead and train a team of machinery operators and technicians fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage maintenance schedules and performance reports.
- Prepare and present reports using Word PPT Excel and CAD to ensure effective communication with management and other departments.
- Identify and resolve machineryrelated issues minimizing downtime and ensuring project continuity.
Required Qualifications:
- Solid experience managing construction machinery with a strong understanding of machinery operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Word Excel PPT and CAD for reporting and planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with project stakeholders.
- Responsible proactive able to work under pressure and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
