Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resources and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Oversee the procurement of materials equipment and resources needed for the project.
- Monitor project budgets track expenditures and ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
- Approve and manage purchase orders change orders and other financial documents.
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Supervise construction teams subcontractors and field staff ensuring proper coordination and communication.
- Assign tasks set priorities and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations conducting regular site inspections to identify and resolve any safety issues.
- Ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards meeting both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes environmental regulations and other applicable laws.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project timeline budget or quality and proactively develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Manage project delays disputes or other challenges to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including progress reports budgets schedules and change orders.
- Report project status challenges and successes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress milestones and any issues that arise.
- All other related duties and job responsibilities that assigned to you by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Indepth knowledge of construction processes safety protocols and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving decisionmaking abilities and meet deadlines.
