Job Description
This homebased position is charged with increasing profitable sales by developing maintaining and growing the customer base in the plastics automation robotics and thermoforming areas.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Bachelor degree in engineering or electronics
- Capital Equipment Sales Experience Required
- Five to eight (58) years outside sales experience having direct customer interface; having built and sustained one or more territories to be top ranking.
- Product experience in plastic injection molding and robotics and automation
- Markets experience in Automation Robotics or Industrial Equipment.
- Relationship management skills to effectively interface with a wide variety of external and internal customers.
- Expertise in sales techniques relationship building prospecting closing and negotiating skills.
- Expert at customer needs analysis
- Time and territory management
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes capabilities and specific needs of primarily injection molding customers.
- Vision to pursue new markets customers and products while handling assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to establish and attain stretch goals that contain a high confidence for success.
- Understanding of customer systems. (product processing capabilities and applications)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to sell based on value rather than price
- Positive attitude and works well with minimal supervision.
