The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Employment Law experience performing the following tasks:
- Reviewing files
- Analyzing case value
- Reviewing documents and synthesizing claims
- Assisting the senior attorneys
- Making court appearances
- Law and Motion writing
- Trial and Arbitration
- Legal writing and research
- Drafting correspondence
- Interacting with clients
- Drafting demands
- Managing law clerks and paralegals
- Negotiating cases
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of Employment Law experience
- Strong legal research and analysis
- Understanding of employment law claims and their value
- Legal writing experience
- Wellorganized and detailoriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to commute daily to DTLA
