What you will be doing:
- Review draft and negotiate thirdparty contracts provider agreements and business transactions.
- Advise on regulatory compliance privacy and security intellectual property and healthcare law.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes ensuring GVHC remains compliant with Federal and State laws.
- Provide legal support on accreditation programs site visits and clinic/pharmacy operations.
- Work closely with leadership and various departments to develop policies and procedures that align with legal and ethical standards.
- Represent GVHC in depositions legal discussions and regulatory matters.
Experience you will need:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active California Bar license (must meet continuing education requirements).
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in transactions contracts or healthcare law (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of legal writing contract negotiation compliance and regulatory matters.
- Ability to problemsolve communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
- Familiarity with medical terminology 340B program compliance and healthcare regulations is a plus.
