Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Junior Lawyer to join our team ready to contribute to a fastpaced and innovative iGaming environment.In this key role you will support the corporate legal team byassisting in drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts ensuring compliance with regulations and providing general legal advice to various departments within the organization.

Your daily tasks will be
- Daily legal support of operational teams and management;
- Prepare legal correspondence and other documents within the area of responsibility;
- Draft and negotiate legal documents such as contracts addendums appendices;
- Explore industry legislation and review relevant case law;
- Liaise with external law firms/advisors for applicable commercial and compliance projects;
- Coordinate designated departments contractual negotiations with potential business partners;
- Support finance department with legal advice in regards to bank/payment service providers applications and onboarding journey;
- Support compliance with due diligence and relevant legal advice
- Other daily tasks assigned by inhouse lawyers and company management including but not limited to organising documents to be certified organising apostille translations preparing confirmation letters etc.
What we expect from you
- A degree in law from a reputable university;
- Experience working in a law firm or inhouse capacity as a legal assistant/ paralegal is preferred;
- Experience working with a range of commercial contracts;
- Excellent legal research skills;
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken;
- Ability to work autonomously and take a proactive approach to tasks;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Eagerness to learn and to further develop skills;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize matters whilst working in a fast paced environment.
