Job Description
- Client Onboarding: conducting due diligence checks risk assessments and ensure adherence to AML/CFT requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Support Senior Compliance Officer and MLRO with any regulatory filings.
- Ensure that the internal compliance system is kept abreast and updated at all times.
- Monitor client files and carry out file reviews on an ongoing basis.
- Stay updated with Maltese compliance regulations and guidelines ensuring the company adapts to any changes.
- At least 1 year experience with a Maltese licensed CSP.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the Maltese CSP legislation and Rulebook including MFSA guidelines and FIAU reporting.
- Knowledge of Inscope tool is considered an asset.
- A good level of written and spoken English.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Work ethic: ability to handle confidential information and work independently as well as in a team.
