As a Technical Compliance Team Lead (CMP) you will work in the Change Management Procedures discipline within the Technical Compliance Department reporting to the global Technical Compliance Team Manager. You will be fully responsible for coordinating processing and monitoring Live and RGN product change management projects for established and newly regulated markets along with their maintenance. As part of an international team you will support the leadership of strategy across the department and will have the opportunity to shape the future development of the CMP discipline.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading a vertical of the CMP team to deliver effective Live and RNG for the assigned markets in a timely and effective manner.
- Responsible for coordinating processing and monitoring Live and RNG for assigned markets whilst ensuring the workload of the team is evenly allocated.
- Creating and controlling systems along with constant evaluation and improvement of such systems is essential for this role.
- Coordinating the creation of the testing environments needed for change management of the assigned markets.
- Supporting the Studio teams with the change management procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for the assigned markets.
- Ensuring that the members of the team are supported with their ongoing performance and development needs.
- Developing and tracking project plans including preparing and maintaining status reports and schedules tracking milestones/deliverables and dependencies.
- Revising periodically CMP procedures with the aim to identify potential risks and/or issues.
- Liaising frequently with regulatory authorities with regards to confirmation on regulatory approvals ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements and are approved as per jurisdictional standards.
- Working closely with third parties to ensure issues are addressed on time.
- Being the first point of contact for questions related to status of change management procedures for the assigned markets.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (Product Certifications PMO Markets Quality) external stakeholders (Games Commercials Integrations Regulatory Studios New Markets) and any other applicable stakeholder regarding change management matters.
- Preparing accurate reports for higher management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Providing training as needed
- Any ad hoc duties that may be required in this role
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar CMP position
- 5 years experience within iGaming and a robust understanding of online gaming legislation
- Experience within iGaming and an understanding of online gaming legislation
- Experience of leading and developing high performing international & remote teams
- A relevant University Degree ideally Information Systems or Computer Sciences is essential.
- Fluent English language skills both written and spoken. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Understanding of industry best practice standards and requirements.
