Job Description
Job Position: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager / Sales Manager
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Product Knowledge: Home Loan Loan Against Property
Location: Punjab Haryana
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the assigned region.
- Promote and sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Guide clients through the entire loan process providing expert advice and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient loan processing and approvals.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or financial services.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Home Loan or Loan Against Property products is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local market in Punjab and Haryana is an advantage.
