We are currently seeking English C1 Customer Support Representatives with a British or American accent to join a prestigious call center in Maadi. This role focuses on chat and email support for international accounts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Job Details:

- Salary Package: 18,000 EGP

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through chat and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues while maintaining service quality.
- Follow company policies and escalation procedures when necessary.
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1 level) with a British or American accent.
- Previous call center experience is required (preferably in chat/email support).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
