Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Progression: Ensure vehicles move through the purchase-to-sale process smoothly, liaising with technicians, bodyshop, and sales teams to ensure flawless preparation.
• Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Take ownership of WIP records, and ensure timely authorizations for any additional work needed, keeping everything on track.
• Customer Service: Ensure a premium customer experience by keeping clients informed and satisfied with every step of the process.
• Appraisal & Logistics: Handle vehicle appraisals and logistics, ensuring efficient movement and delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Brand Standards: Uphold the brand's reputation by ensuring all vehicles meet high-quality standards and every customer interaction reflects the prestige of the brands we represent.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence - essential for moving vehicles.
• Professional Appearance - you'll be representing luxury brands and interacting with high-profile customers.
• Strong Communication & IT Skills - You'll need to document and track progress accurately, and communicate with teams to keep things running smoothly.
