We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our management team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.
- Develop and manage financial employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for Food and Beverage departments
- Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals setting performance standards and monitoring progress
- Create and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
- Oversee menu planning pricing and cost control measures to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and promotions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage inventory supplier relationships and purchasing processes
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Continuously improve service standards and implement best practices in food and beverage operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and health standards
- Ability to analyze financial data and make datadriven decisions
- Innovative mindset with a focus on enhancing guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and pointofsale systems
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
