Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis & Forecasting:
- Establish and track standard costs for operations.
- Collect and analyze financial and operational data.
- Compare actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Identify financial status through variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting & Decision Support:
- Provide trends forecasts and insights for management decisions.
- Recommend actions based on data interpretation and comparative analysis.
- Study proposed changes in methods and materials to assess financial impact.
- Data Management & Process Improvement:
- Maintain and reconcile financial databases by entering verifying and backing up data.
- Develop automated accounting applications to improve productivity.
- Ensure data accuracy security and compliance with company policies.
- Daily Tasks & Tools:
- Excel: Data organization/consolidation data interpretation financial modeling predictive analytics variance analysis.
- PowerPoint: Deck creation financial storytelling and report presentation.
- Soft Skills Required:
- Strong communication attention to detail curiosity growth mindset and thoroughness.
