Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Greenlight and Content team focusing on financial planning analysis and vendor management. This role collaborates across multiple teams and reports to the Finance Manager of Telemundo Entertainment & Content.
Job Duties
- Implement and maintain the Greenlight module within the Financial Planning BPC system
- Conduct Greenlight analysis for projects exceeding $250K in production spend
- Track and manage Greenlight requests and pipeline
- Consolidate revenue and cost inputs across finance teams
- Input and streamline data in the BPC System working with IT to enhance reporting
- Support the BPC automation implementation and testing
- Serve as the centralized accounts payable contact handling payments vendor setups and maintenance in APEX
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate vendor management
- Assist with monthend closing account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support financial leads in budgeting forecasting and longrange planning
- Provide financial insights to operational teams to ensure adherence to approved budgets
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field
- Advanced Excel proficiency; strong skills in MS Office Suite
- Experience with financial/accounting software (SAP and BPC preferred)

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Experience in Media Entertainment or Advertising industries
- Familiarity with SAP Business Enterprise Planning Systems and system implementation
- Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills
- Highly detailoriented proactive and selfsufficient
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Additional Requirements:
- This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work regular hours
