Job Description

We are looking for a detailoriented and organized IT Asset Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and tracking the companys IT assets ensuring accurate inventory records and optimizing asset utilization. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with asset management policies and support the overall IT asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets including hardware and software.

Track asset movements installations and disposals.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Assist in the procurement process by providing assetrelated insights.

Generate reports on asset utilization lifecycle status and cost analysis.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to enforce asset management policies.

Support the IT team in the deployment and setup of new equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in IT asset management or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
