1st Person:
- Wednesday (MST Calgary Time): 5:00 PM MST 12:00 AM MST
- Thursday (MST Calgary Time): 5:00 PM MST 12:00 AM MST
- Friday (MST Calgary Time): 3:00 PM MST 9:00 PM MST
2nd Person:
- Monday (MST Calgary Time): 10:00 PM MST 7:00 AM MST
- Wednesday (MST Calgary Time): 10:00 PM MST 7:00 AM MST
- Thursday (MST Calgary Time): 3:00 PM MST 9:00 PM MST
Alternatively a combination of the below shifts can be arranged between 2 people:
- First Shift: 5:00 PM MST 12:00 AM MST
- Second Shift: 10:00 PM MST 7:00 AM MST
- Monday/Friday Shift: 3:00 PM MST 9:00 PM MST
Responsibilities:
- Respond immediately to inbound client inquiries via phone email text or chat. Ensure itineraries are confirmed and sent out on the same day as requested.
- Effectively research and make decisions based on available information balancing guest needs with business priorities.
- Handle and resolve a variety of customer concerns complaints and questions via phone and email.
- Efficiently manage service requests and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Perform outbound calls to hotel suppliers to confirm bookings and billing.
- Respond professionally appropriately and promptly.
- Provide accurate travel advice.
- Document client concerns for followup.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products services and promotions.
- Assist with additional projects or assignments as required.
Requirements:
- 2 5 years of experience with Sabre.
- Full fluency in English (verbal and written).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or a salesrelated environment.
- Proficiency in systems such as Sabre Excel and Word.
- Exceptional customer service skills including problemsolving while balancing customer and company needs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Extraordinary time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.

- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Experience with GDS systems (Sabre GDS preferred but not required).
