Key Responsibilities
As an SDR at TheRankMasters youll play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition through effective prospecting and appointment setting. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients particularly in SaaS tech and contentdriven industries to expand our client base.
- Outreach: Execute strategic multichannel sales cadences (cold calls emails LinkedIn and inperson meetings) to engage decisionmakers.
- Lead Qualification: Understand prospects challenges and align their needs with TheRankMasters services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls or meetings between qualified leads and the founder.
- FollowUp: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of outreach activities and leads in our CRM system (e.g. HubSpot).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and marketing team to refine outreach strategies and optimize performance.
Who You Are
Were looking for a motivated professional with the following qualifications and traits:
Experience and Skills
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience as an SDR appointment setter or in a similar role (preferably in SaaS marketing or SEO services).
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and book qualified appointments.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with English fluency.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator email outreach tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO digital marketing or SaaS concepts (training provided if necessary).
