Part-time UI Designer - Temporary contract

Lets make shortterm renting simple!

One of our UX/UIdesigners is going on parental leave and we are looking for a temporary parttime UI designer to substitute during this period. Are you passionate about usercentered design and to simplify complex ideas into understandable flows and user interfaces If so then you could be the ideal person to join our team.

Our company is international and you will collaborate closely with team members both in Malm and Hanoi.

As a member of the Product team you will work with our UX/UIdesigners Product Managers and Business Analysts with discovery and refinement tasks to support our product strategy of expanding our offering.

You will also be an important stakeholder in one of our crossfunctional teams to provide innovative UIdesign solutions. Using Figma you will design wireframes mockups and prototypes of new and existing interfaces that optimise the user experience technical feasibilityadoption and satisfaction.

Having a customerfocused approach will be instrumental in designing solutions that contribute to our mission to make shortterm rentals simple and profitable.

For this position we are looking for someone who is ideally located within the CET timezone either working from our office in Malm or remote.

Please note that this is a 24h/week parttime temporary position between February and August 2025 with preferred working days Monday Tuesday and Thursday.

What you will be doing

• Support our design team in the product design process by evaluating user behavior analytics and transforming insights into actionable solutions
• Collaborating with Product Managers in discovery and refinement by participating in crossfunctional milestones to define business cases and create visualised workflows and user journeys
• Collaborate in CrossFunctional teams turning high level requirements into innovative workflows wireframes mockups and prototypes informed by design patterns and your experience.

What youll definitely need

• Strong visual design skills with experience in Figma. Ability to create highquality visually engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Analytic and strategic mindset applying a structured process on your work that is both iterative and incremental emphasising on usercentered design practices
• Ability to work effectively with a dynamic crossfunctional team having great attention to details while at the same time consistently meeting deadlines
• Great communication skills and a knack for presenting results to a group in a clear digestible style
• Strong written and spoken English language skills

What wed love you to have

• Experience working within an Agile software development team using Scrum Jira and Confluence to plan execute and document your work
• Knowledge of maintaining implementing and improving Design Systems for multiple applications
