Job Description
Position: SaaS Account Manager
Salary Range: 1600 USD/mo
Schedule: 9:00 am 5:00 pm EST
Location: Remote Philippines
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
About the client: A growing B2B SaaS company providing cloudbased file conversion API services.

About the client: A growing B2B SaaS company providing cloudbased file conversion API services.
Requirements:
- 3 years of B2B SaaS experience in sales or account management.
- Fluent or bilingual in English (Spanish or Tagalog is a plus).
- Basic technical understanding (not developerlevel).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work overlapping hours with Lithuania (EET) and US (EST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support via live chat and product demos.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through account management.
- Conduct proactive sales outreach (leveraging a contact list of 50000 leads).
- Follow up on invoicing and payments.
- Provide insights into sales strategies and improvements.
