Job Description
Team management:
- Supervise and guide a team of sales executives ensuring they meet or exceed targets
- Provide training mentorship and performance evaluations for team members
Sales strategy implementation:
- Execute sales strategies set by the Sales Manager
- Monitor team performance and report sales metrics to senior management
Client relationship management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Address escalated client concerns and ensure satisfaction
Market development:
- Identify new business opportunities and assign leads to the sales team
- Assist in planning and participating in trade shows exhibitions and networking events
Administrative duties:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager
- Ensure all team members update CRM systems accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written)
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role preferably in the tech or solar energy industry and at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory position leading a small team
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with tech solutions including solar energy systems or smart technology products; and basic knowledge of preparing sales forecasts and performance reports
- Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills; proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline; and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Work eligibility: Cambodian citizen with prior experience in a supervisory role within the tech or related industries
