Summary:
You will collaborate closely with our clients leadership to drive the sales growth of newly launched electric motorcycles and tricycles (tuktuks). You will be tasked with creating and executing a sales strategy and establishing and managing a team to ensure the strategy success. Your role will involve close coordination with various departments such as manufacturing marketing and administration.
Job Description
- Sales Strategy Development: Define a clear and actionable sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Communicate the strategy to the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Sales Operations Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design an efficient sales operation that supports the sales strategy ensuring seamless processes across manufacturing marketing and administration.
- Sales Team Launch and Management: Build and lead a small sales team providing guidance and motivation to achieve targets. As the team grows you will manage expansion while addressing any challenges during sales activities.
- Monitoring and Strategy Revision: Continuously monitor sales performance identify areas for improvement and refine strategies to ensure consistent sales growth.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher.
- Languages: Nativelevel proficiency in Khmer and businesslevel English to effectively communicate with leadership and other stakeholders.
- Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage a local sales team. Proficiency in or willingness to learn Office software and Google Workspace tools (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.).
- Mindset: A proactive boundarypushing attitude with the ability to drive change and foster a highperformance sales culture.
- Experience:
- Experience managing a sales team in Cambodia is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cambodias vehicle market and vehicle sales financing is an advantage.
- A proven track record in leading sales growth in highvalue markets (e.g. vehicles real estate luxury goods) is highly welcomed.
