Job Description
Title: Senior Officer Sales Deposit
Industry: Banking
This role involves meeting prospective customers to assess banking needs focusing on deposits and building relationships. You will manage a deposit portfolio achieve sales targets participate in bank events and assist with account openings. Strong communication initiative and problemsolving skills are key.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet prospective customers to assess their banking needs focusing on deposits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through ongoing communication.
- Stay updated on bank products and services.
- Achieve sales goals for assigned deposit portfolio through daily customer meetings.
- Participate in bank events and campaigns in Phnom Penh and provinces.
- Assist with account openings as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in banking or MFI sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills initiative and problemsolving abilities.
