Job Description
Position: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Reports to: CEO
Employment Type: Fulltime
Job Overview:
A leading facility management company with a strong presence in the Middle East and across global markets is seeking an experienced Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead its investment strategy and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with publicly listed companies in Saudi Arabia and be familiar with Tadawul and CMA regulations. The CIO will be responsible for driving investment strategies managing capital structure and ensuring financial growth and compliance in a fastpaced competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic investment initiatives to maximize growth and profitability.
- Manage the company’s capital structure including overseeing fundraising efforts and investor relations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements particularly Tadawul and CMA standards.
- Lead financial planning and forecasting efforts to support business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor and mitigate financial and investment risks ensuring robust governance frameworks.
- Provide strategic financial insights and support to the leadership team to enhance decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance Economics or a related field.
- 10 years of experience including with publicly listed companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Extensive experience in managing financial operations investments and compliance within the Saudi market.
- Strong knowledge of Tadawul regulations IPO processes and capital market dynamics.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage crossfunctional teams and investor relationships.
- Certifications such as CFA CPA or CMA are highly desirable.
