Dealing with the real estate development work for the company, including supervision and follow-up of contracts, licenses, and government requirements, rent payments, and ensuring that its facilities systems and services support core operations and processes and contribute to achieving its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
2. conduct and document regular facility inspections.
3. ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
4. Supervision and follow-up on contracts, licenses, government requirements, rent payments, and real estate development.
5. obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers.
6. calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
7. negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost-saving.
8. coordinate and monitor the activities of contract suppliers.
9. manage contractor and vendor relationships.
10. manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
11. Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing.
12. Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, and contracts.

. Property Management
Oversee property operations: Manage the daily operations of properties, including residential, commercial, or industrial units.
Coordinate maintenance: Organize and oversee the maintenance and repair of properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and in good condition.
Inspect properties: Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues, damage, or maintenance needs.
Coordinate contractors: Work with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, cleaning, and other services needed to maintain the property.
Tenant Management
Handle tenant inquiries: Serve as the point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, queries, or maintenance requests.
Lease management: Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring that terms comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Rent collection: Oversee the collection of rent payments and ensure that payments are received on time. Follow up on late payments and handle issues related to rent arrears.
Tenant screening: Conduct background checks and verify the suitability of potential tenants before lease agreements are signed.
Resolve tenant disputes: Address tenant complaints and conflicts, working to resolve disputes amicably and in accordance with rental agreements
Property Upkeep and Renovations
Plan upgrades and renovations: Identify areas of the property that could benefit from renovation or improvement to increase its market value and attract tenants.
Manage renovation projects: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of renovation or improvement projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time.
Technology and Systems
Use property management software: Utilize property management tools and software for tracking tenant information, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial records.
Stay updated on trends: Keep up with the latest property management technologies and trends to improve efficiency and service delivery.
