Tasks
- Develop implement and optimize paid social media strategies across Meta Ads (primary) and TikTok (secondary).
- Fully manage paid social in one key market (e.g. USA or Germany) endtoend including strategy media buying and creative direction.
- You break up silos between the performance marketing managers of our different markets in the paid social domain. You establish a paid social pod with which you ensure knowledge sharing best practice development & initiation of new strategic growth opportunities in the paid social domain across markets
- Lead creative strategy development with the support of a creative strategist and design team.
- Design and implement systems for efficient campaign management reporting and scaling processes
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage cuttingedge tools (e.g. Adtribute Klar TripleWhale) for attribution and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Coach performance marketing managers on how to best spend high monthly budgets ($1M per month) effectively and drive strong ROI.
- Balance strategy for both D2C eCommerce and lead generation campaigns with a primary focus on D2C.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in paid social media marketing with a proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $300k for a single brand having seen growth rates of 50%
- Strong experience in Meta Ads (primary) and working knowledge of TikTok Ads.
- Experience managing teams and scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop datadriven creative strategies.
- Familiarity with attribution tools like Adtribute Klar and TripleWhale.
- Understanding of high AOV products and long sales cycles is a plus.
- Expertise in creative analytics to refine and optimize ad performance.
- Solid understanding of the paid social landscape and trends.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Availability to work from our Frankfurt office 4 days a week.
