Job Description

DIESEL CONSTRUCTION MECHANIC

PAARL R35 000 TO 50 000 PM CTC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Civil and Construction company seeks a Construction and Earthmoving Diesel Mechanic to maintain equipment and operations by completing inspections and preventative maintenance on Road Construction and Earthmoving Equipment. Tooling Supply Management Mechanical Inspection Tools Technical Understanding Attention to Detail Dependability Thoroughness Verbal Communication Documentation Skills and Inventory Control.

Must reside in or around Paarl or be willing to relocate

Qualification:
Red Seal/Trade Tested

Experiences:
Minimum of 5 years experience on Civil Construction Plant.

Code 10 drivers license


Key Requirements:
Experience in heavy machinery mining construction farming equipment with
reliable references
Experience in all aspects of repair works welding and maintenance of yellow
construction vehicles equipment and vehicles
Record keeping of services and repairs on all equipment and vehicles is a
requirement
Auto electrical skills are beneficial
Skilled in faultfinding and preventive maintenance
Strong safety focus.
Attention to detail.
Team player.
Honest reliable and selfdriven.
