Job Description

Construction Site Supervisor

This role is available immediately & it is a fulltime role. This position is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Start Date: Immediately

The Site Supervisor will report to the Senior Project Manager.

If you have recent 3 years of experience in the building industry gained while working for a recognized company (not selfemployed or consulting) and are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural drawings and project specifications.
  • Supervise onsite contractors ensuring quality and project timelines are met.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered to high standards on time and within scope.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recent verifiable experience in the building and construction industry with a recognized company (not selfemployed or consulting).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and architectural drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel nationally as required.
  • References from previous employers are essential.
