Job Description
Location: Blackheath Cape Town
Start Date: As soon as possible
This role is tailormade for someone who wants to make a significant impact work closely with Directors and the Development team.
About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager you will:
- Lead highimpact construction projects from conception to completion ensuring they align with the companys strategic goals.
- Collaborate directly with Directors and senior leadership gaining exposure to highlevel decisionmaking and business strategy.
- Drive innovation implement best practices and deliver projects that set new standards in the industry.
- Mentor and lead small teams fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including scope schedule and budget.
- Oversee and coordinate project teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and quality requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders including Directors contractors and internal teams.
- Drive commercial and operational excellence leveraging your strong business acumen to deliver results.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project outcomes.
Key Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management Construction Management or a related field.
- 5 years of handson project management experience in the construction sector.
- Proven experience managing projects from inception to final delivery.
- Project Management certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and Revit with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
