Qantas Freight is Australias largest independent air freight services business moving over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.
As an Agent Freight Operations If successful you would deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient processing of export & Import flight documentation and administration duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight (Domestic and International)
Youll have
- Previous experience in a logistics freight or airline environment is desirable but not essential
- The ability to work a 7 day rotational shift roster including night shifts
- Previous facetoface customer service skills and experience (desirable but not essential)
- The ability to work as a team or independently
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification
- An open Drivers licence and the ability to obtain an Airside Drivers Licence
- Cleared and met all requirements of an ASIC
