As an Agent Freight Operations you will support the delivery of import shipments and the acceptance of export freight for customers. Your role will focus on ensuring complete customer satisfaction by performing clerical tasks related to the accurate and efficient handling of both domestic and international import and export freight.
What were looking for:
- Availability to work a 7day rotational shift schedule including night shifts
- Prior experience in facetoface customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Capability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certification
- Unrestricted drivers license and the ability to secure an Airside Drivers License
- Previous experience in logistics freight or the airline industry is advantageous but not required
