Job Description

Responsible for managing daily air freight operations in accordance with regulation guidelines and company policy.

Ensure accurate and timely service & department operations.

Ensure accurate and timely billing of all customers.
.
Ensure SOPs (for all RFQ/regular business) are in place & followed through by each team member in the department.

Develop/review & implement operations procedures for airlines/business partners & vendors.
.
Establish internal controls for profitable margin accounts, short sales and options/alternatives.
