Job Description

This is a remote position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online visibility and optimize marketing performance. This role will focus on improving website SEO managing digital platforms and driving marketing initiatives. As a key contributor to our team you will be instrumental in shaping strategies that deliver measurable ROI and longterm growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings.

Optimize content meta descriptions and technical elements for Webflowbased websites.

Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and identify trends to enhance SEO performance.

Monitor and analyze website analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Website Management

Oversee website updates and optimizations on Webflow to ensure SEO best practices are maintained.

Work closely with the team to improve website design user experience and content relevance.

Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.

Collaborate on social media content management including posting and scheduling.

Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.

Handson experience with Webflow and website management.

Skills:

Proficient in SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs or Google Analytics).

Strong understanding of content optimization technical SEO and keyword strategies.

Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Webflow and basic web design principles.

Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.

Experience working with international teams or remote setups.

Plumbing & HVAC SEO is looking for a team member with the following criteria in mind to manage monthly newsletter for our clients, and also develop/edit blog content and images through our tool stacks for publications. Wordpress, Highlevel. Slack, Google Sheets, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalent AI tools. English Grammar is absolutely essential Responsibilities & Duties: Prepare, edit, test and send newsletters (Based on pre-built templates) for our clients using Highlevel and Service Titan. Develop, populate blog content using provided AI tools for our clients in Wordpress and our syndication platform. Basic WordPress management: post blogs, add images, optimize for SEO
