Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead the growth of Digital Solutions and Modern Credentials in the market. The position will have significant interaction with IPVMC cluster and Regional Market Support Product & Commercialization teams and collaborate with crossfunctional teams within Visa such as Sales Consulting and Analytics Marketing and Client Services.

Important to the role are a deep understanding of the payments landscape a customerobsessed mindset to understand our clients needs and strong business acumen to achieve longterm growth. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Drive the launch of new digital product initiatives product enhancements and acceleration plans including Click to Pay Passkeys Pay by Wallet and QR Connectors
  • Expand Visas Modern Credential offerings to key clients in the Philippines including Visa Installments Flexible Credentials and Account Level Management
  • Ensure successful adoption of network performance initiatives across market leading to increased payment volumes
  • Monitor and drive the continued expansion of tokens and contactless penetration in the market
  • Leading the sales cycle/pipeline management such as sales pitch product demos/webinars commercial offer contracting optimization and audit management
  • Engage with clients during & post the sales journey to pitch negotiate commercials and showcase value from usage
  • Assess the feasibility of rolling out new products and solutions into the market understand and provide local market requirements that will influence the global product roadmap and develop gotomarket and commercialization plans
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree a plus
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in retail banking/financial services with demonstrated expertise in sales and/or product development/management
  • Familiarity with product management and technologies and systems used in payment
  • Deep understanding of banking/wallet operations and or payment schemes including products and services
  • Wide knowledge of how the brand product platforms and rules interact for existing and new payment solutions
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are needed to influence direction and change attitudes and decisions of senior level international bankers
  • Strong selfmanagement skills with demonstrable drive and energy
  • Possess customer facing as well as sales experience and proven negotiation skills
  • Own professional knowledge and skills across a range of functions including strategy marketing operations budgetary accounting and administration
  • Strategic and innovative thinker who is also capable of strong
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to work at all levels


What Will Also Help:

  • Knowledge of Visa business and products preferred
  • Domain knowledge in Payment Operations/Settlements/Processors
  • Inmarket experience and/or knowledge of payments regulation and industry trends preferred
  • Knowledge of competitive products from other schemes/competitors a plus
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
