We are looking for a qualified SEO and Web Development Specialist role to join our growing team. You will be responsible to enhance the websites visibility on search engines ultimately driving organic traffic and improving online presence. This role involves overseeing both the technical and content aspects of SEO including keyword research optimisation linkbuilding strategies and performance analysis.
As an SEO and Web Development Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Lead the ideation and optimisation of SEO strategies and campaigns to improve organic search performance
- Implement and monitor onpage and offpage SEO techniques ensuring best practices for website health and performance
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for enhanced local search visibility
- Utilise tools like SEMRush Google Search Console Google Analytics and Screaming Frog for keyword research technical audits competitive analysis and reporting
- Work within CMS platforms with a preference for NUXT to make content adjustments and support SEO and development efforts
- Use development skills to make frontend and backend adjustments ensuring websites are optimised for performance and user experience
- Configure test and troubleshoot tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager to support analytics and marketing campaigns
- Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data to enhance search engine understanding and improve SERP visibility
- Work with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track performance analyse data and deliver actionable insights
- Support integration and reporting across platforms including Google Ads Bing Ads and Facebook Ads to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
- Create and deliver detailed reports on SEO performance website traffic and campaign outcomes including actionable recommendations for improvement
- Identify and resolve technical SEO tagging or tracking issues autonomously with minimal supervision
- Utilise JIRA and Confluence for task management documentation and team collaboration to ensure project goals are met efficiently
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience combining technical analytical and creative skills to effectively optimise websites and develop userfriendly search enginefriendly web platforms
- Proficient in conducting thorough keyword research and utilizing tools such as Google Keyword Planner Ahrefs and SEMrush to identify highvalue keywords
- Knowledgeable in optimizing key elements including title tags meta descriptions headings content and images for better search engine visibility
- Understanding of website architecture schema markup robots.txt XML sitemaps and methods to enhance site speed mobilefriendliness and security (SSL)
- Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console and other SEO reporting platforms to monitor website performance and analyze data
- Capable of analyzing competitors SEO strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Experience with NUXT or similar frameworks is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and the ability to debug frontend issues
- Understanding of UX (User Experience) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) principles to enhance SEO and website functionality
- Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Bing Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus
- Ability to ensure accuracy in tagging tracking implementations and executing campaigns
- Proven experience working autonomously with a strong drive to meet deadlines

This role works in a WORKFROMHOME SETUP and in order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
