Job Description
Client: Publicis Sapient
Job Title: Senior Agile Program Manager
Location: Must be open to traveling to Juno Beach biweekly and possibly open to relocating to the area.
Rate: $80/hr to 90/hr on C2C depends on experience
Exp level: 15 years
Project Overview: The team is looking for an ETRM Sr. APM (Sustain Service Manager.)

Top Skills Required:
Scheduling noncritical tickets reacting to issues
Openlink Endur required
Need someone who knows how to run a support process
Need a lead/service manager to run the program
Need someone to understand the product and manage the program
Team members will need to understand this is production support and will require being available for outside hours work on critical priority production issues and on call per cadence to support coverage backfills and holiday periods(where client holidays do not match PS holidays)
