Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GMP and other regulatory guidelines applicable to pharmaceutical production.
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting production equipment Reactors Extractors Centrifuze Clean Room Activity Vaccume.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Perform batch production operation and maintenance of production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of production processes while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and control production parameters to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials intermediates and finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records batch documentation and reports.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues perform routine maintenance and assist in equipment validation activities.
- Identify areas for process improvements and participate in process optimization initiatives.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures for hygiene cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D Quality Assurance and Supply Chain to meet production targets and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends regulations and advancements in technologies related to production processes.
