Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing project timelines deliverables and resources.
- Coordinate meetings prepare documentation and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate project records including reports policies and agreements.
- Analyze data to track budgets resources and operational performance.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support project managers in delivering strategic objectives across operations and tech projects.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics or any other related field or an individual with 12 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
