Job Description
Emerald Zebra Recruitment on behalf of its client a VC which holds investments in iGaming and Fintech companies is seeking an operations coordinator to join the clients VC team to support and lead across its portfolio companies.
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to hit the ground running in the clients Cyprus office based in Limassol.
Role:
Coordinate a wide range of operational tasks across the VC portfolio of companies including:
o Assist prospective and active clients via live chat and emails regarding general questions payment and system queries.
o Process manual payments and troubleshooting payment issues.
o Process FX requests.
o Undertake adhoc tasks and contribute to creating documentation and agreements.
o Bringing ideas and suggestions to improve processes across the portfolio of Companies.
Requirements:
Experience of Fintech operations i.e. from an EMI or Payment Institution.
Experience of dealing with B2B customers (as opposed to exclusively retail customers).
Experience of systems such as Intercom / Jira.
Proven experience in client communication via chat and email.
Ability to adjust and adapt swiftly to varied tasks and responsibilities.
Keen attention to detail
