David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Dutch OR HebrewspeakingClient Relations Coordinator for their Limassol office.
Position: Client Relations Coordinator
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly review and analyze team performance to ensure objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards within the client relations team.
- Assign client inquiries or opportunities to appropriate team members based on availability and expertise.
- Handle routine issues or requests (e.g. adjustments discounts) within predefined monetary limits ensuring resolutions align with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and client statuses.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on procedures and CRM tools.
- Monitor communication channels to ensure consistent performance and service quality across the team.
- Support the manager in implementing new initiatives and processes.
- Analyze client cases and provide innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a positive team environment to enhance collaboration engagement and morale.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Proficiency in either Dutch or Hebrew (C1) would be considered an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service client relations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus) and basic Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Creative approachable and responsible with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with both team members and clients.
- Selfmotivated and able to work effectively under pressure.
