About the Role

The Crypto Transaction Operational Coordinator is a pivotal role that ensures seamless integration and setup of new cryptocurrency products (CPs) or services across the organizations operational functions and teams. This individual will coordinate the endtoend process guaranteeing all systems teams and workflows are aligned to support new crypto products and daily operations effectively.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the seamless integration and setup of any new crypto product (CP) across various operational functions and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the accurate uploading of crypto CP statements into

    internal systems.
  • Mapping transactions to RUN operation types to align with operational frameworks.
  • Adjusting and validating reconciliation rules to reflect the specifics of the new CP.
  • Updating testing and enabling trading execution schemas to support smooth operations.
  • Ensuring that risk limits and leverage ratios are defined and set by the respective teams.
  • Incorporating treasury transactions into platforms like Multik and configuring transfer and user limits.
  • Facilitating the review of new transactions by the regulatory team to implement necessary adjustments in external reports.
  • Defining clientspecific permission sets to ensure secure and tailored access.
  • Developing liquidity monitoring rules tailored to the new product or CP.

Reporting line: Deputy Chief Operations Officer

Worksite: remote

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Finance

    or a related field.
  • Previous experience in cryptocurrency blockchain fintech or financial operations is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of how digital currencies work blockchain protocols smart contracts and different blockchain networks (Bitcoin Ethereum etc.).
  • Awareness of the regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies in different jurisdictions including antimoney laundering (AML) and knowyourcustomer (KYC) standards.
  • Knowledge of security protocols potential risks in the crypto space and how to mitigate them.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details in managing crypto operations which are highly sensitive and critical.
