About the Role

As an Investment Advisor you will be at the forefront of delivering expert advice and strategic guidance to private and institutional clients. Leveraging your financial expertise and knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CySEC requirements and MiCA regulations youll provide tailored investment strategies to achieve client goals while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their trusted advisor for digital asset investments.
  Provide clients with tailored investment advice aligned with their financial objectives risk tolerance and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on the digital asset market emerging trends and the opportunities within managed funds OTC trading and tokenbased investments.
  Conduct regular client portfolio reviews providing recommendations based on performance market conditions and client preferences.

Market Analysis & Strategy

• Monitor and analyze market trends digital asset developments and macroeconomic factors to identify investment opportunities.
• Develop and present investment strategies that align with the companys riskoptimized and capital preservation approach.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new digital asset products into client portfolios effectively.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all investment recommendations comply with Cyprus regulatory frameworks including CySEC and MiCAguidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and investment decisions to meet compliance and audit standards.
  
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices advising clients accordingly.
• 
  Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Investment Advice and Legal teams to align on compliance product offerings and risk management.
Support the development and launch of new digital asset products providing insights on client needs and market demand.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field (Masters degree or CFA certification is a plus).
• 35 years of experience in investment advisory wealth management or financial planning ideally within fintech or digital assets. CySEC Advanced Certification or willingness to obtain it within the first six months.
  Solid understanding of Cyprus and EU investment advisory regulations including MiCA and other relevant frameworks.
• Proven track record of providing highquality investment advice and achieving client satisfaction.

Technical & Soft Skills

• 
  Strong knowledge of digital assets blockchain technology and market trends.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and develop actionable strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
  High level of integrity and ethical standards ensuring all advice aligns with regulatory and professional guidelines.
• Proficiency with investment platforms CRM tools and portfolio management software.
