Job Description
Our client a fastgrowing and innovative player in the iGaming space is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who is passionate about managing complex projects fostering collaboration and delivering highquality results in a dynamic and evolving sector.
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Type: Office fulltime relocate
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee multiple software development projects from inception to delivery ensuring timely and successful execution within budget
- Create and maintain detailed project plans schedules and financial forecasts keeping all stakeholders aligned
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design QA and product management to achieve project objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks resolve issues and manage dependencies to ensure smooth progress
- Ensure deliverables meet highquality standards align with client expectations and adhere to Agile or other relevant methodologies
- Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
Requirements:
- At least of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA ClickUp or Microsoft Project
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Upper intermediate in English (written and spoken) with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
Would be a plus:
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification would be a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and familiarity with related tools
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and software development frameworks
