Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and compliance. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the capital markets industry demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the capital markets sector.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing interviewing and onboarding of talent.
Foster a positive workplace culture by leading employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution efforts.
Oversee performance management processes ensuring employee development and career progression.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable to the capital markets industry.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and best practices.
Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in workforce effectiveness.
Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Cyprus and the capital markets sector.
Proven track record in recruitment and talent management in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
