Job Description
Our client a fastgrowing leader in the iGaming space is seeking talented and driven Marketing Managers to join the team. We have three distinct roles available each focusing on a critical aspect of our marketing operations: Bonus Systems Website Gamification and Marketing Strategy. These roles are designed for creative thinkers and strategic experts who can deliver measurable results and contribute to our success in the competitive iGaming industry.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Manager: Bonus Systems
- Develop implement and manage bonus programs tailored to various user segments ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Design and manage loyalty programs cashback offers and other incentives to enhance user engagement and lifetime value
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance metrics to optimize promotional strategies
- Monitor industry trends to ensure bonus systems remain competitive and innovative
- Marketing Manager: Website Gamification
- Design and execute gamification strategies to boost user retention engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate engaging gamelike elements
- Conduct experiments and usability testing to refine gamification features and improve user experiences
- Stay updated on gamification trends to keep the company ahead of competitors
- Marketing Manager: Strategy
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans focused on customer acquisition retention and revenue growth
- Lead multichannel campaigns including digital advertising social media email marketing and content creation
- Perform indepth market research to identify trends and inform actionable strategies
- Drive brand growth and consistency through innovative campaigns and cohesive messaging
General Requirements (Applicable to all roles)
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in the gambling or betting niche
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to optimize strategies
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics CRM systems and advertising platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
- Creative problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
