The company is looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement
- Oversee performance marketing SEO social media PR content and influencer partnerships to maximize ROI
- Optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to increase lead conversion
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends ensuring the company remains competitive
- Build a highperforming marketing team in the future fostering creativity and datadriven decisionmaking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales and operations to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage budgets set KPIs and continuously improve marketing efficiency through analytics and A/B testing
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
- Strong expertise in performance marketing brand building and lead generation
- Experience in international markets and ability to tailor marketing strategies for different regions
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
