Join our client a leading Payments Solutions Provider as a Commercial Development Manager at their Limassol Cyprus office and lead strategic sales initiatives drive business growth and foster strong client relationships. Your Profile:

You are a dynamic and resultsdriven Commercial Development Manager with relevant industry experience ready for your next career challenge!

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in business finance or a related field would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in sales business development or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Structured and organized.


The Role:

You will be involved in developing and executing sales strategies identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing upsell potential.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in line with company goals.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Market Insights:

  • Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide datadriven recommendations for growth and improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with commercial operations marketing account management back office and compliance teams to align efforts.
  • Drive crossfunctional initiatives to optimize the sales funnel and revenue generation.
