Role Overview
As Wolt continues its rapid expansion and prepares for an exciting 2025 we are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Cyprus.

Reporting to the Restaurant Sales Development Team Lead you will take ownership of our most strategic restaurant partnerships using data analysis and strategic insights to drive success. Your primary focus will be on optimizing restaurant performance leveraging analytics to inform decisionmaking and identifying growth opportunities. While account management is at the core of this role you will also provide leadership and support to the broader sales and account management team to drive overall business performance.

What Youll Do

  • Key Account Management: Act as the trusted advisor for Wolts most important restaurant partners ensuring longterm success through strategic insights and tailored recommendations.
  • DataDriven Growth: Analyze performance metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement; work closely with restaurant partners to optimize menu quality pricing strategies and visibility on the platform.
  • Strategic Analysis & Consulting: Use data and industry insights to consult partners on business growth demand trends and operational efficiency.
  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to enhance restaurant sales customer engagement and overall market positioning.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) for key accounts providing actionable insights to drive improvements and efficiency.
  • Collaboration & CrossFunctional Engagement: Work closely with marketing operations and analytics teams to align strategies and enhance partner success.
  • Contract Negotiations & Partnership Growth: Lead strategic negotiations with key accounts ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive longterm profitability.
  • Support Team Success: Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales and account management team leveraging datadriven strategies to improve overall performance and efficiency.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in key account management business consulting or a strategic sales role ideally within a fastpaced datadriven environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisionmaking and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with marketing operations and analytics teams.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry ecommerce or techdriven businesses
